Aggravated Assault
A former felon was accused by his sister of assault as a result of a squabble over their mother’s estate (of which he was the executor). He was a previously convicted felon now being charged with felony aggravated assault so the consequences of a conviction were dire. I accumulated medical records, consulted experts, and cross-examined the “victim” to prove that the incident did not happen the way she had sworn to law enforcement.
